Pep talk time, hm? Alright, let's get this started. I want to start with one very important thing that I know you sometimes forget.

You are a-fucking-mazing.

Before you roll your eyes I'm going to explain why. You've been through so much in your life that a lot of people would have crumbled but instead you used it to become better, stronger. You took any strife and pain and turned it into fuel. You have accomplished so many things and I'm constantly in awe of your strength, your talent, your drive, and your passion.

Not just in regards to your work but in the most important part of your life, your family. You are such an incredible dad. It's not always easy but you do such an amazing job and it shows in the young women your girls are and are growing into, it shows in how much they love you and look up to you (even if getting them to admit it might be like pulling teeth). You have a house but it's YOU who built the home. You can do anything you put your mind to and you've proven that time and time again.
